Are your surplus items brand new?
Our surplus items vary in condition. While some may be brand new, others
could be open-box, refurbished, or Pre-Owned. (Check out our Pre-Owned collections with our Ratings scale) Rest assured, we meticulously inspect each item to ensure its quality.
What types of products do you offer in your surplus store?
We offer a diverse range of surplus items, including electronics, home
goods, Pet Supplies, Collectibles, Vintage and more. Our inventory is carefully
curated to provide a broad selection of top-selling products.
How do you ensure the quality of your surplus items?
Quality is paramount to us. We thoroughly inspect and test items before listing it for sale. Our used items have a quality rating on them to help you. Our process guarantees that our customers receive high-quality products they can trust.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Yes, We will work with you to satisfy your concerns.
Returns
If their is a problem with your item you will have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Not all items may be returned so please see description for details.
Returned Product(s) must be in exactly the same condition as when purchased. Only NEW items will qualify to be returned with all accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. Due to high shipping costs you may be offered a discount instead of the return, whichever you choose. NOTE: If your item was damaged in shipping please check with your carrier for possible insurance coverage.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
If you decide to return your item you will be responsible for all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to worthysurplus.com.
If you return Product to Worthy Surplus without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase or it was damaged in shipping, Worthy Surplus retains the right to refuse the return.
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, and all is acceptable, Worthy Surplus will process the return as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items:
- Pre-Owned items
- Health and personal care items
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Returns initiated more than 3 days after purchase
- Items that are damaged in shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Because our products are mostly single items or limited stock, exchanges may not be possible. We will inform you of your options when we get your request.
